Blueberry Pies Recipe
Ingredients
| Blueberries | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Quick-cooking tapioca | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash of fresh lemon juice | ||
| Pastry for Individual Deep-Dish Pies | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pastry in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and simmer about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened and clear.
Spoon into 4 individual dishes, cool slightly.
Top with crusts and serve.
