Directions

In a large bowl, add the baking mix and sugar, blend well.In another bowl, whip in the eggs into the sour cream until smooth and stir in this mixture into the larger bowl. Add the blueberries into the batter and blend well until evenly distributed into the batter. Spoon in the mixture into the lined and greased muffin tins,sprinkle little sugar and bake in the oven at 375 Deg F for 20-25 min. Remove and serve when cool.
