Easy Blueberry Muffins With Non Fat Dry Milk Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 slice bread, made into crumbs | ||
| 1/3 cup instant non-fat dry milk | ||
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 , separated | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar | ||
| Blueberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Place crumbs, dry milk and baking soda in bowl.
Add water, egg yolk, sweetener and blueberries.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Pour into non-stick muffin tins and bake at 350° F. for 12 to 15 minutes.
