 Blueberries2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Vinegar2 Teaspoon
 All purpose flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder3 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 2 tbs butter or shortening
 Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Measure first five ingredients into a saucepan.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Pour into a buttered pudding dish.
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and cut in the butter.
Make a well in the centre and pour in the milk.
Stir until combined.
Spoon into the blue berry mixture.
Tie down with greased brown paper, or cover with foil.
Steam 1 hour.
