These pancakes are among the best choices for your breakfast. You can use other fruits to prepare the crush, instead of blueberries. It is really delicious as well as nutritious.Comments

Pancake has always been my favorite breakfast choice, and the addition of blueberry sauce made it even more sinful :) i wonder if I could use some usual whipped cream and fresh strawberries as accompaniments to this blueberry griddle pancake...

Blueberries are a sort of traditional NE US tradition, but I bet you could use cranberries, but they would not be as sweet. Also elderberries would be awesome if you can get them. Berries such as boysenberries or backberriess would be too "seedy" I think. Now you have me thinking of trying Alpine Strawberries or raspberries in pancakes! YUM!
