Directions
1.Preheat oven to 410°F.
MAKING
2.Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3.Add eggs and mix well.
4.Add cream cheese and vanilla, beat until smooth.
5.To this add almond powder and salt, blend well.
6.Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
7. Turn the batter into a greased 9-inch baking dish. Spread the mixture evenly
8.Bake for 25 to 35 minutes till the top is golden brown and the gratin moist.
SERVING
9.Serve warm or room temperature with whipped topping if you like.
