Blueberry Dessert Recipe
This recipe for blueberry dessert comes as a boon for a special person like me and may also prove to be good for you. It is most popularly enjoyed as a dessert. Is there a higher crime than reading about this blueberry dessert and not trying it out?
Ingredients
1 large graham cracker crust
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 can Comstock blueberry pie filling
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon rind
Whipped cream
Directions
Combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and eggs; mix well.
Pour over crust, and bake 15 minutes at 375°.
Cool thoroughly.
To the blueberry filling add lemon juice and rind.
Spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cut in squares and serve with cream.
