Blueberry Cherry Coulis Recipe
Ingredients
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup blueberries
1 cup cherries
2 tbsp cherry juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
In a saucepan, bring to a boil water and sugar.
Add fruit and cherry juice.
Simmer 3 minutes.
Dilute cornstarch in a little water.
Pour into saucepan.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
For a smoother coulis, run mixture through blender, then a sieve.
