| Frozen blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg Beaters | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Place bread cubes in bottom of lightly greased 8 x 8 X 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with blueberries; set aside.
In large bowl, combine milk, Egg Beaters, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; pour over bread mixture.
Set pan in larger pan filled with 1-inch depth hot water.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm with Caramel Sauce.
