Directions
Let stand 30 minutes.
For each blintz, pour 3 tablespoons batter into hot, lightly greased 6-inch skillet or crepe pan.
Cook on one side only until underside is lightly browned.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Fill each blintz with 1/4 cup cheese mixture; fold in sides and roll lengthwise.
Place, seam side down, in 9-inch square pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Garnish with additional blueberries and lime slices, if desired.
