Blueberries N Cheese Coffeecake Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup Margarine
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
2 cups blueberries
1 8-ounce package
Cream Cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons Margarine Powdered sugar
How to make Blueberries N Cheese Coffeecake
Beat margarine and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add combined 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt alternately with combined milk and water, mixing well after each addition.
Toss blueberries with remaining flour; fold into batter with cream cheese and peel.
Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan.
Combine granulated sugar, flour and peel; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 375°, 1 hour.
Cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
