Blue Cheese Steak Recipe
Ingredients
Porterhouse Steak – 1 (4 pound)
Corn Oil – ½ cup
Blue Cheese – ¼ cup
Lemon Juice – ½ cup
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, score the meat
2) Place the meat in a shallow pan
3) Mix in the oil, blue cheese, lemon juice, and the Worcestershire sauce
4) Using an electric beater, beat well and pour the mixture over the marinade
5) Allow the meat to marinate overnight
6) Drain the steak off the marinade reserving it
7) Place the steak under a broiler and broil for 15 minutes on each side for a rare or 20 minutes on each side for it to be well done
8) Baste the steak with the marinade every 5 minutes during the cooking process
SERVING
9) Serve warm with some salad and fries to accompany
