 1/4 lb Gorgonzola or other creamy blue cheese 125 g

Directions

In bowl or food processor, beat Gorgonzola and cream cheese until smooth, being careful not to overmix.
Fold in chopped walnuts, brandy, and pepper to taste.
Transfer to attractive 1 cup (250 mL) dish, smoothing top; garnish with walnut halves. (Spread can be covered and refrigerated for up to 10 days.)
