| Cumin | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| For the croutons: | ||
| Hoagie rolls | 2 Medium, cut in 1/4 pieces | |

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
MAKING
2. For the pumpkin seed dressing: In a food processor, add the pumpkin seeds and Red wine vinegar and blend.
3. Next, add the pumpkim puree, all spice, sugar, Blue moon harvest pumpkin ale.
4. Emulsify the mix by pouring the oil in bit by bit and blending.
5. Add salt and pepper and mix and keep in the refrigerator to cool.
6. For the baked Apples and Pears: In a bowl, add the sliced apples, pears and orange juice.
7. Lay the sliced apples and pears on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Pop into the oven for 20 minutes.
9. For the Croutons: In a bowl, break up the hoagies.
10. Add oil, salt and pepper and toss.
11. Lay out on a sheet line with parchment paper.
12. Pop into the oven for 10 minutes.
13. For the salad: In a large bowl, add the baked apples and pears, croutons, some pumpkin seed dressing, spinach and feta and toss well.
14. Garnish with craisins, croutons and feta.
SERVING
15. Serve as a side or appetizer.
