Blue Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry white wine | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Gruyere cheese | 3/4 pound, cubed | |
| Blue cheese | 2 Tablespoon, crumbled | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), halved | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash ground nutmeg | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dash paprika | ||
| Kirsch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| French bread loaf | 1 , cubed | |
Directions
Heat wine in medium saucepan; do not boil.
Put cheeses, garlic, salt, nutmeg, pepper, and paprika into blender container.
Add heated wine.
Cover; blend at medium speed until smooth.
Mix kirsch with cornstarch until smooth.
Add to cheese mixture.
Cover; blend at medium speed until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into saucepan; heat gently.
