Blue Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients
| Blue cornmeal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Barley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sea salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Maple syrup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 egg, beaten or egg replacer | ||
| Milk or water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine liquids and slowly add to combined dry ingredients.
Oil bread or muffin pan.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes, until top and sides become golden brown.
