| Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated | |
| Canned green chilies | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped |

Directions
Make a well in center of cornmeal mixture.
Add eggs, sour cream, butter, cheese and chilies; mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
