Blue Cheese Spread Recipe

1/2 lb. blue cheese
 
1/4 lb. cream cheese
 
4 tbsp. butter
 
1/4 tsp. mustard sprouts
 
2 tbsp. brandy
 
Salt to taste

Directions

Soften cheeses and butter.
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix together, blending well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Bring to room temperature before using as a spread or stuffing for celery or endive leaves.
