Blue Cheese & Sour Cream Dip Recipe

| 1/2 cup mayonnaise, purchased or homemade | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 4 ounces blue-veined cheese | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Insert metal blade.
Mince garlic leave in work bowl.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, cheese, and salt; process continuously (stopping to scrape bowl once or twice) until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until next day.
