Blue Cheese Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped green onion tops | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 1 4-ounce package blue cheese, crumbled | ||
Directions
Combine cabbage, pimiento, and onion tops; chill thoroughly.
Mix together remaining ingredients; chill.
Pour over cabbage and toss lightly.
If desired, garnish with slices of hard-cooked egg and Bologna ruffles.
