Blue Cheese Ghost Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1 | |
| 4 ounces blue cheese, such as Roquefort or Corgonzola | ||
| Sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pimiento-stuffed olive | ||
Directions
1. Line a 2-cup ghost-shaped mold with plastic wrap.
2. Mix cream cheese and blue cheese in a bowl until blended. Stir in sour cream and pepper. Fill mold, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least
2 hours. If you cannot find a ghost-shaped mold, use any seasonal mold.
3. Unmold ghost onto plate, then carefully remove plastic wrap. Cut olive into thin slices and place on ghost's face for eyes, or finely chop and sprinkle over mold.
