Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt | ||
| 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream | ||
| Green onions | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| White wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Blue cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
Directions
1. In a medium-size bowl, stir all of the ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Serve on mixed greens or a vegetable salad. This also makes a tasty serve-along with grilled beef steaks.
