Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| Blue cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| 1/3 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Vinegar | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped pimiento | ||
| Lettuce cups | ||
Directions
Peel eggs and cut lengthwise.
Remove yolks and set aside whites.
Mash yolks with cheese; blend in sour cream and vinegar.
Fill egg white with yolk mixture.
Garnish with pimiento.
Cover and chill.
