Blue Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Blue cheese package | 1 , crumbled | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| Chopped fresh parsley | ||
Directions
In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, blue cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm enough to shape.
Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in chopped parsley to coat.
Garnish cheese ball with additional pecan halves, if desired
