Blue Cheese Ball Recipe
|1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened|
|1 4-ounce package blue cheese, crumbled|
|Dry mustard||3/4 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
1. In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and blue cheese until blended. Beat in bourbon and mustard. With hands, shape cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
