Directions

1. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat eggs with egg yolks until frothy. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup sugar; beat until thickened.
2. Meanwhile, over hot water, dissolve gelatin in lemon juice; add, together with lemon peel, to egg mixture, beating until well blended.
3. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into egg mixture; pour into 1 1/2-quart ring mold. Refrigerate several hours, or until firm.
4. Also combine blueberries with 2 tablespoons sugar; refrigerate.
5. To serve, invert ring mold on serving dish; spoon on berries.
