Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 2 | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate square | 2 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 3/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. In heavy 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat all ingredients except vanilla to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered, stirring, until mixture thickens and is smooth, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
