Blt Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Parsley-herb dressing | ||
| 1 medium-size head iceberg lettuce, shredded | ||
| 1 medium-size avocado | ||
| 3 cups shredded cold cooked chicken | ||
| 1/2 pound bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled | ||
| 2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced | ||
Directions
Make dressing, cover, and chill for several hours.
Place shredded lettuce in a salad bowl.
Peel, pit, and slice avocado and place on lettuce with the chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
Pour over dressing, toss well, and serve.
