Ingredients

 Cottage cheese12 Ounce
 Egg yolk1
 Butter1 Teaspoon, softened
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 18 crepes, cooked only on 1 side
 Butter2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil2 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon1 Tablespoon
 Dairy sour cream to pass

Directions

Mix cheese, egg yolk, butter, and vanilla.
Divide filling between the crepes on cooked side and roll up.
Melt butter and oil in a large fry pan.
Place half of crepes in pan and fry until golden brown, turning once.
Repeat with rest of crepes.
Add more butter and oil if necessary.
Sprinkle each serving with sugar and cinnamon.
Pass sour cream.
