Ingredients

 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese

Directions

Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; fold just till moistened.
Bake on hot, lightly greased griddle.
Serve with Blueberry Sauce.
Makes 16 cakes.
