Blender Hollandaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 3 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 drops red pepper sauce | ||
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
In blender, mix all ingredients except butter.
Slowly pour in butter while mixing on low speed.
Refrigerate if not using immediately.
