Blender Egg Custard Pie Recipe
Ingredients
7 13-oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine milk, sugar, flour, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender container.
Cover; blend at medium speed for about 30 seconds.
Pour into heavily greased and floured 10-inch pie plate; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake for about 45 min- utes or until firm.
Crust forms on bottom.
