Ingredients

 Zucchini 4 cups sliced
 Eggs 3 whole
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Bran1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wheat germ1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs), buttered
 Mushrooms 1/2 pound, sliced
 Onions 1/4 cup finely chopped
 Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded
 Paprika

Directions

Put zucchini in blender container with eggs, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce.
Blend.
Stir in bran and wheat germ.
Put 1/2 of the buttered crumbs in the bottom of a large shallow oiled casserole.
Layer on half of the mushrooms and all of the chopped onions.
Cover with the rest of the zucchini mixture.
Top with crumbs and shredded cheese.
Sprinkle heavily with paprika.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Check for doneness.
If casserole shape is deep instead of shallow, it may take 30 minutes to bake.
These could also be baked in 6 individual ramekins, for festive servings.
Takes about 18 to 20 minutes for these small dishes.
