Blender Applesauce Recipe
I am simply amazed by the versatality of this Blender Applesauce. I use it on a lot of desserts. Try out the Blender Applesauce and let me know if you agree with me!
Ingredients
| Apple | 1 Small, pared | |
| Granulated sugar substitute to equal 1 teaspoon sugar | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Chop apple into small pieces.
In blender container combine apple and lemon juice and process until smooth (when necessary, stop machine and, using a rubber scraper, scrape apple from sides into bottom of container).
Stir in sugar substitute and, if desired, cinnamon.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until chilled.
