Blender Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients

| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Dice the onion, potato and green pepper and place in a blender container.
Add the celery, milk and egg.
Blend at low speed until vegetables are a coarse pulp, then place in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape into a loaf and place in well-greased baking pan.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
