Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
1/8. teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions
1. Fill blender with hot water to warm it; discard water.
2. In blender at low speed, blend lemon juice, egg yolks, salt, and ground red pepper until smooth. Turn blender control to high speed; remove cover or center of cover and very slowly pour melted butter or margarine in steady stream into egg mixture. Continue blending until well mixed.
