Blender Cheesecake Recipe
Make Blender Cheesecake! No other activity will relax you as much as this does. The primary ingredient in this is Cheese. It is a great Dessert. This is an ideal dish to include in today's menu.
Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Yellow peel of 1 lemon
1/2 cup hot water or milk
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
8 ounces cream cheese
1 heaping cup crushed ice
1 cup sour cream
Crumb crust
Directions
1. In an electric blender place the gelatin, lemon juice, peel and hot liquid. Cover and blend on high speed forty seconds.
2. Add the sugar, egg yolks and cheese, cover and blend ten seconds. Add the ice and cream, cover and blend fifteen seconds.
3. Pour the mixture into a four-cup spring-form pan lined with half a recipe for crumb crust and sprinkle with the remainder. Chill until set.
