Blender Beet Borscht Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10-ounce can beef consomme | ||
| Beets | 1 1 pound, chilled | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Sour cream to garnish | ||
Directions
Place first 5 ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Chill and serve garnished with sour cream.
