Blended Leprechaun Cocktail Recipe Video
Not only is this a Coole Swan recipe, custom tailored for the show, but it is a custom everyday drinkers recipe created by Jennifer. This recipe is designed to fit the needs of the UK and others that have a very limited alcohol selection
Ingredients
Cool Swan Irish Cream – 11/2 ounce
Irish whiskey – 1 ounce
Chocolate SYRUP – 1/4 ounce
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Medium strawberries- 2
Green food coloring - optional
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large glass, muddle the strawberries with sugar, top with crushed ice and set aside.
2. In a large cocktail shaker pour in the Cool Swan Irish Cream, Irish whiskey, Chocolate Syrup and shake with ice.
3. Strain and pour into the strawberry filled glass and stir well.
4. Add the optional green food coloring and stir well.
SERVING
5. Serve chilled
