Blazing Star Timbales Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons unrefined oil | ||
| Green onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 3/4 cup tomatoes, chopped in small pieces | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 cup fresh milk beaten with 1/4 cup non-instant dry milk powder | ||
| 2 cups toasted whole wheat bread cubes | ||
| 1 cup cooked soybean flakes | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or 2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce | ||
Directions
Heat a small, heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add oil, onions, and tomatoes and saute 5 minutes.
Mix with the eggs and milk.
Fold in bread cubes, soy flakes, and salt.
Fill individual oiled custard cups.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 Degree or until set.
