Ingredients

 2 tablespoons unrefined oil
 Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 3/4 cup tomatoes, chopped in small pieces
 Eggs2 , beaten
 1 cup fresh milk beaten with 1/4 cup non-instant dry milk powder
 2 cups toasted whole wheat bread cubes
 1 cup cooked soybean flakes
 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or 2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce

Directions

Heat a small, heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add oil, onions, and tomatoes and saute 5 minutes.
Mix with the eggs and milk.
Fold in bread cubes, soy flakes, and salt.
Fill individual oiled custard cups.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 Degree or until set.
