Blarney Pie Recipe
I first tasted this Blarney Pie at a friends place and absolutely loved it! It has always been a hit with family and friends and I am sure you will agree once you try this. So, make sure you dish out this Blarney Pie and do share your feeling with us!

Ingredients
| 1 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla whip and chill | ||
| Instant coffee | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cold milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Irish whiskey | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 3/4 cup whipped cream, or dream whip | ||
Directions
Combine coffee and whip and chill.
Beat in milk at high speed for 1 minute.
Add water.
Beat again until fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream and whiskey.
Pour into baked pie shell and chill 12 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream & chocolate shavings.
(Scotch may be substituted for Irish whiskey).
