Blackberry Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
Vanilla Wafers – 1 box
Butter or Margarine – ½ cup
Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Blackberry Pie – 1 can
Heavy Cream – 1 cup, whipped
Walnuts – ¼ cup, chopped
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a rolling pin, crush the wafers to a crumb
2) In a bowl, using the electric mixer cream the butter and sugar till fluffy
3) Add in the eggs one at a time and continue to beat
4) Spread 2/3rd of the wafer mixture in an 8 inch square pan
5) Spread the egg mixture evenly over the crumbs
6) Then cover with the pie filling
7) Top the pie with the whipped cream
8) Sprinkle in walnuts, remaining crumbs
9) Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill for about 24 hours before serving

10) Serve cold
