Ingredients
Sugar – ¼ cup
Cornstarch – 2 tablespoon
Salt - just a dash
Canned No.2 Blackberries – 1
Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
Marshmallows – 1 pound
Milk – ½ cup
Heavy Cream – 1 cup
Graham Crackers – 15
Melted Butter – ¼ cup
Nuts – ½ cup, chopped
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, cornstarch and salt
2) Add in the blackberries and the lemon juice and cook over a low heat till thickened
3) Once cooked allow to cool
4) Mix in the marshmallows and milk in the saucepan and stir over a low heat till the marshmallows are melted
5) Using an electric beater, whip the cream till stiff and then fold into the marshmallow mixture
6) Crush the graham crackers to a fine crumb and then add the melted butter and layer into a 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish
7) Layer in half the marshmallow mixture and cover with blackberry mixture
8) Add in the remaining marshmallows and top with the remaining crumbs and nuts
9) Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving

10) Slice and serve with some whipped cream
