Blackberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Blackberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup lemon marmalade | ||
| 1 tablespoon blackberry brandy | ||
Directions
Press blackberries through a sieve; discard seeds.
Combine sugar and marmalade in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves and marmalade melts.
Remove from heat, and stir in strained blackberries.
Add brandy, and stir well.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
