Ingredients

 Unflavored gelatin1
 Cold water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Boiling water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries or blueberries, no sugar added, divided
 Buttermilk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Artificial sweetener to equal 8 teaspoons sugar
 Few drops lemon or vanilla extract

Directions

In blender container sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften.
Add boiling water and process until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup berries and remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
Fold in remaining berries.
Divide evenly into 2 dessert glasses.
Chill.
