Blackberry Mallow Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups / 450 g / 1 lb blackberries | ||
| 2/3 cup / 100 g / 4 oz marshmallows | ||
| Good 1/2 cup /100 g / 4 oz sugar | ||
Directions
Place the blackberries and sugar in a bowl, cover and cook for 2—3 minutes. Stir and mash lightly.
Top with the marshmallows and cook for a further 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until they have melted. Mix thoroughly into the blackberries.
Let it cool a little, then pour into 4 sundae glasses. Cool for several hours or overnight.
