Sugar- 1 cup
Flour- 6 tablespoons
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Egg yolks- 2, beaten
Milk- 2 cups
Vanilla- 1 teaspoon
Butter- 2 teaspoons
Black walnut meats- 1 cup, chopped
Graham Cracker Pie Shell- 1
Meringue- 1 recipe
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Sift sugar, flour and salt together and add to egg yolks; add milk and cook over boiling water until thickened.
3.Add vanilla and butter.
4.Cool.
5.Add nut meats and pour into crumb shell.
6.Spread with meringue
