Black Raspberry Tapioca Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 box pearl tapioca | ||
| Boiling water | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 boxes raspberry gelatin | ||
| 1 No. 2 can black raspberries | ||
Directions
Place tapioca, 4 cups boiling water and salt in top of double boiler; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Stir in sugar.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 1 cup cold water, raspber- ries and tapioca.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Serve with whipped cream or cream, if desired.
