Black Olive-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

 
14 medium to large fresh mushrooms
 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
Remove mushroom stems, and reserve for other uses, set caps aside.
Combine cheese, olives, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, sprinkle with bacon.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
