Black-Eyed Pea Skillet Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 1/4 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 (16-ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 (16-ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat, drain.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
